Instructions: So - since I am still trying to learn how to export formatted recipes, I will have to send one that is not formatted. This dish has been my old standby and the answer to "what can I possibly fix in such a short time"
for 30 years. It originally was in a Military Wives Cookbook back in the and has been passed on to all the members of our family. Saute onion and garlic; add meat and brown. Stir in flour until absorbed; add tomatoes and seasonings. Simmer for 30 minutes. Put corn chips in casserole. Cover with layers of meat mixture, cheese, lettuce and tomatoes. Yield 4 servings.
