Instructions: 1. Prepare curly endive; remove stems and tear into small pieces. Prepare radicchio; shred. Prepare Belgian endive; julienne.
2. Combine in a large bowl all the greens and sesame seeds. Toss well and set aside. 3. In a small bowl combine the remaining ingredients; blend thoroughly. 4. Pour the dressing over the greens mixture and serve immediately or refrigerate, tightly covered, for a few hours. Email this Recipe:
