2 tbl water
1 tbl honey
1/2 cup bread flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
3 tbl powdered milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 pkt active dry yeast
Instructions:
Instructions: Place all in the bread pan in the order recommended by your machines manufacturer. Process on the Basic Wheat cycle, Light crust setting.

This recipe yields a 1 1/2 pound loaf.

Yield: 1 loaf
