1 cup	Milk
1/2 cup	Coarsely grated sharp
	Cheddar
1/2 tbl	Each of flour & butter to
	Form a roux
	Worcestershire sauce
	Salt & pepper
2 tsp	Dry sherry
	Tabasco

Instructions:

Instructions: Heat milk in pan. Stir in cheese & thicken with roux. Stir mixture over medium heat until thick. Add remaining seasonings to taste.

Serve over muffins.
