Instructions: Apply salt and pepper to the beef slices. On each slice of beef, place a slice of ham, a slice of bacon, parsley, raw potato pieces and roll up. Insert one or two toothpicks to hold together. Fry the rolls over low-heat. To make the sauce, cook the tomatoes, pimiento chile, onion and garlic. Liquefy in a blender and add seasoning. Bring sauce to a simmer and cook the meat rolls in the sauce. Serve hot.
