Instructions: Cook carrots in small amount of slightly salted water. When tender, mash.
Add 1/4 cup butter, 1 cup milk, beaten eggs, grated onion, bread or cracker crumbs, salt and pepper. Bake in a casserole 45 minutes at 325 degrees. Remove cover during the last 15 minutes. Email this Recipe:
