1 pkt (10 oz.) STOUFFERS(r) Welsh Rarebit, defrosted according to package directions
3 cup celery, cut into 1-inch pieces
1/2 cup hot water
1 tbl cooking sherry, optional
1/8 tsp hot pepper sauce
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions:
Instructions: PREHEAT oven to 400 F. Grease 1-1/2-quart baking dish.

COOK celery and water in small saucepan for 10 minutes or until tender; drain.

COMBINE celery, Welsh rarebit, sherry and hot pepper sauce in medium bowl; transfer to prepared baking dish. Top with breadcrumbs and cheese.

BAKE for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
