Amount Ingredient
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp dried tarragon, crumbled
4 cup torn escarole (about 1/2 medium head)
1 bn radishes, trimmed and sliced
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine first 3 ingredients in small bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Combine escarole and radishes in large bowl. Add dressing and toss to coat. Serve salad immediately.
