Instructions: Beat 1 Tbls. instant espresso coffee powder into dough; press into tiny fluted tartlet pans. Place pans on cookie sheets; bake 10 minutes. Unmold; cool. Turn cookies so wide end is down; top each with 1/2 tsp. melted white chocolate (3 oz).
