Instructions: Combine oil and sugar in a large bowl.

Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each.

Sift dry ingredients together. Add gradually, stirring gently.

Sir in carrots.

Bake in 13 x 9 pan, 350 degrees , 50-60 min.
