Instructions: Boil potatoes with jackets on until not quite done. Put in refrigerator to cool. Peel and grate with large grater. In buttered 8x12 inch casserole, alternate layers of potatoes and cheese, salting each layer. Pour creams over potatoes and bake at 350 for 30 - 40 minutes.
