Instructions: Generously grease and flour a 9 or 10 inch tube pan.
Sift together flour and baking soda; set aside. In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients; blend in dry ingredients. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 1 hour and 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool 15 minutes. Turn out of pan. Cool completely. Glaze and garnish as desired. NOTE: To store cake, cool thoroughly; wrap well in aluminum foil and refrigerate or freeze. Email this Recipe:
