Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1/2 cup unsifted flour
1 tsp baking soda
2 x Eggs, slightly beaten
1 jar None Such Ready-to-use Mince Meat, (28 oz.)
1 can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk, (14 oz.)
2 cup mixed candied fruit
1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
Instructions:
Instructions: Generously grease and flour a 9 or 10 inch tube pan.

Sift together flour and baking soda; set aside.

In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients; blend in dry ingredients.

Pour into prepared pan.

Bake 1 hour and 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.

Cool 15 minutes. Turn out of pan. Cool completely.

Glaze and garnish as desired.

NOTE: To store cake, cool thoroughly; wrap well in aluminum foil and refrigerate or freeze.
