Sort and wash tart, red apples. Remove stems, core, chop apples fine, do not peel. Combine apples, water, lemon juice and raisins in dettle. Add pectin, stir well. Place on high heat, and bring to a full boil, stirring. Add sugar; keep stirring and bring to a full boil again. boil for 1 minute, stirring. Remove from heat; add nuts. Ladel into hot jars and seal.
