4 cup	Fresh coriander leaves - (firmly packed) washed well, dried
4 x	Scallions coarsely chopped
1/3 cup	Sweetened coconut flakes toasted, cooled
2 x	Jalapeno peppers seeded, chopped
3 tbl	White wine vinegar
2 tbl	Grated fresh ginger

Instructions:

Instructions: In a food processor puree all the ingredients until smooth. Serve chilled.

This recipe yields 1 1/2 cups.
