Instructions: 1. Cut each grapefruit in half through the centre then using a small sharp knife carefully cut out the halved segments, leaving the membranes in the shell.
2. Place the grapefruit segments in a bowl and toss together with the star fruit, apple, kiwi fruit, strawberries, Kirsch and grapefruit juice. 3. Using a grapefruit spoon, scoop out any remaining membrane from the shells and discard. Spoon the fruit mixture back into the shells. 4. In a small bowl combine the sesame seeds, pepper and nutmeg and sprinkle over the fruit. Garnish with a fresh sprig of mint and serve well chilled. Email this Recipe:
