Instructions: Make up the Puff Pastry Mix as directed on the packet Roll out on icing sugar instead of flour.
Roll into a 27cm X 17cm rectangle Rest in a cool place for 1 hour Bake at 220C/425F/Gas 7 for 10 15 minutes Turn pastry sheet over and bake for a further 5 minutes cool Cut into 3 equal pieces Make up Cheesecake filling as directed on the packet Fold in the cream Layer the cheesecake mixture and fruits in between the pastry slices Dust the top layer of pastry with icing sugar Cut into 10 slices Serve on a trio of fruit coulis Serves 10 Email this Recipe:
