3 x	eggs
200 gm	sugar
75 gm	butter
15 ml	vinegar
60 gm	nuts (pecans)
80 gm	raisins

Instructions: 1. Cream eggs, sugar and butter.

2. Add other ingredients and put in unbaked pie shell.

3. Bake at 180 C for approximately 45 minutes.

This ones good for taking on picnics and other outings as it keeps well without refridgeration. My mom always baked at least three at a time due to high demand.
