4 tbl	Sweet butter
6 med	Idaho potatoes, washed, scrubbed, sliced thin
2 cup	Gruyere cheese, grated
6 cl	Garlic, minced
	S&p
1/2 cup	Light cream

Instructions:

Instructions: Oven at 350.

Grease a 9x13" baking pan with 1 T butter. Arrange: 1/3 the potatoes, 1/2 the cheese, 1/2 the garlic, season to taste. Repeat, ending with potatoes.

Pour cream over, sprinkle with Parmesan, dot with butter, and bake 90 min.
