Amount	Ingredient
2 cup	Sugar
1 stk	, less two pats, of BUTTER
	Enough evaporated milk to just wet the sugar
1 tsp	Almond extract

Instructions:

Instructions: Combine all ingredients except extracts and cook over low heat only until sugar is melted - stir constantly. Add the extracts, then beat over a plan of cold water until thick. Spread on an Angel Food Cake.
