Instructions: FOR DRESSING: Combine ingredients in small pot and heat until bubbly. Simmer 3 minutes.
FOR MEAT: Trim fat from meat and cut into thin strips. Combine remaining ingredients. Stir to blend. In a plastic bag or a bowl combine meat and marinade. Refrigerate overnight. FOR SALAD: Prepare dressing and set aside. Assemble salad ingredients in a large bowl. ASSEMBLY Saute meat in a wok or large frying pan. Combine hot meat and salad dressing in bowl with salad ingredients and toss to coat. Serve immediately. Serves 4 for dinner, 6 for brunch. Email this Recipe:
