3 lb flank* or blade steak (3 to 4)
2 bot Italian Dressing
Cilantro chopped
Bell Pepper cut in chunks

Instructions: FYI: [This meat is also called flap steak. It is cut off the shoulders, in long strips 3-4 inches wide, and 12-18 inches long]

Place meat into glass pan, and rest of ingredients. Marinade over night. Grill. This meat is more tender of grilled a little longer..well done.
