Instructions: Melt butter or margarine in ceramic fondue pot over a moderate direct heat. Stir in next 5 ingredients.
Stir in milk; cook, stirring constantly until sauce is smooth and thickened slightly. Lower heat. Add cheese, a small amount at a time and stir until cheese is melted after each addition. Stir in remaining ingredients except bread. To serve let each guest spear a crust-edged cube of bread with fondue fork and twirl bread in cheese mixture until coated. Drain, cool and eat.
