Instructions: Rinse and drain flaked tuna in a colander. Refrigerate for 30 minutes while the tuna drains. Mix tuna with chopped eggs, celery, sweet pickles, onion and parsley. Season with salt, black pepper, cayenne and hot pepper sauce, and mix together. Stir in mayonnaise and mustard. Chill.
