2. Microwave at high (100%) until melted, 30 to 45 seconds. 3. Add cubed sirloin. Pierce meat deeply with a fork Microwave at medium high (70%) 5 minutes. 4. Pour off 3 tablespoons of liquid. 5. Place ground sirloin in a 2 quart casserole. 6. Microwave at high (100%) 3 minutes, stirring once to break up meat. 7. Drain off liquid. Add to cubed sirloin. 8. Place onion, green pepper, garlic, parsley and butter in a 2 quart casserole. 9. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave at high (100%) 5 minutes, stirring once. 10. Add to meat mixture. 11. Stir in chili powder, pepper, cumin, and salt Add tomatoes and Tabasco. 12. Cover with plastic wrap. 13. Microwave at high (100%) 5 minutes. Stir. Cover. 14.
