Instructions: Directions: Peel potatoes, rinse and pat dry. Cut into thin slices but not all the way through. Spread to make a fan. Place in a micro-wave dish and sprinkle with melted marg, parsley, salt and green onions. Microwave on high for 10 minutes, re-arranging after 5 minutes. Let rest for 5 minutes.
