Instructions: Use 1 tablespoon butter to prepare pan, then dust with flour.
Combine flour, salt and baking powder. Set aside. Cream together butter and sugar, add eggs, one at a time and beat after each addition. Add 1 cup milk alternately with flour to above mixture (start and end with flour mixture), beat well. Stir in grated lemon peel. Pour into Bundt pan and bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.
