Instructions: Crisscross 2 slices of bacon and place a tenderloin patty in center of cross.
Sprinkle meat with seasoned salt and pepper. Spread with mustard. Place a pineapple slice on top. Bring ends of bacon up over top and secure with a toothpick. Arrange the 6 completed tenderloins in a 8 x 12 inch casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Garnish with a sprig parsley when ready to serve. Makes 6 servings Email this Recipe:
