Instructions: Combine first five ingredients in a large bowl and stir well. Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and add to large bowl. Toss gently and serve.
NOTES : Tried this the other night for dinner, it was good, will make it again. The original recipe called for 1 1/2 teaspoons of olive oil, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt, which I omitted. The original recipe also called for only one 14 1/2 oz can of Italian-style stewed tomatoes, but I used two cans. Email this Recipe:
