Instructions: There are two kinds of Farmers Cheese that I know of. One is a brick type
cheese and has more fat in it. It is good though. The other is like a cottage cheese only with very low fat. It makes a really good appetizer - spread it in an oven-proof dish and bake it at a low heat, maybe 300, for about 30 minutes or so. Sorry I dont have more explicit directions - they were given to me just like this. Keep checking on the cheese and when it is fairly dry, take it out. Spread it on crackers while it is warm.
