Instructions: 1. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan, add the mushrooms and fry until all the juices have evaporated. Let cool.
2. Make up the pizza dough according to the directions on the package. Roll it out on a floured surface to a 12 x 10 inch rectangle. Brush with oil and place, oiled side down, on a medium-hot grill. Cook for 6 minutes, until firm. 3.Brush the uncooked side of the dough with oil and turn over. Spread with the tomato sauce and arrange the sliced mozzarella on top. Scrunch up the smoked ham and arrange on top of the pizza with the artichoke hearts, anchovies and cooked mushrooms. 4. Dot with the halved olives, then sprinkle with the fresh oregano and Parmesan. Drizzle with the remaining olive oil and season with black pepper. Return to the grill and cook for another 8 - 10 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and crisp. Serves 8 Email this Recipe:
