Instructions: Place ground beef, onion and garlic in large frying pan. Cook uncovered over medium heat, stirring often with a fork, about 10 minutes.
As soon as meat is no longer pink, drain off fat. Sprinkle meat with the seasonings. Add remaining ingredients and increase heat to medium high. Break up tomatoes with a fork. As soon as the mixture comes to a boil, reduce the heat to medium low. Boil gently covered, stirring occasionally for about 10 minutes to develop the flavours. Makes approximately 4 servings.
