Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 deg. Pour all into a 9 x 13 pan; tilt to cover bottom.

Put cake mix, eggs, and water into pan; stir with a fork til blended (about 2 min.). Scrape sides and spread batter evenly in pan. Spoon pie filling onto batter; use knife to create a marbled effect. Bake at 350 deg. for 35 to 45 min. until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool cake; Sprinkle with powdered sugar if you desire. Cut and serve directly from pan. Top with whipped cream too if you desire. 16 to 20 servings.

1/4 cup oil
2 eggs
1-1/4 cup water
