Instructions: Stirr eggs and sugar until foamy. Gradually stir in flour.
Put in a fatted pan for tart pastries (a big shallow pan). Bake for 20 minutes at 175 deg C in a hot air oven. Can be layered with fruit to taste. (I prefer pineapples, but anything else would be fine as well.) Email this Recipe:
