Instructions: Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender & process until the consistency of raw hamburger, Form into 3 patties. Fry in a skillet coated with vegetable oil cooking spray or grill. Cooked patties frozen, then thawed & reheated. Its best not to overcook these burgers as the have very little fat in them to keep them juicy. Top with fat free cheese, or, for a low fat bacon cheeseburger, sprinkle with some imitation bacon bits.
Variation: Substitute seasoning salt for the steak sauce or Worcestershire sauce. Substitute 1/4 cup fat free cracker crumbs for the bread. Email this Recipe:
