Instructions: This is one of the easiest things to substitute thanks to all the fat free products on the market today. This is a fat free version of the potato salad my aunt makes. (We love it so much we had it for desert last weekend)
Cut the potatoes into chunks and boil until tender. Drain and cool. Mix all the other ingredients with the potato salad. This tastes best if you let it sit in the refrigerator for at least a few hours. (I prefer over night) Email this Recipe:
