2/3 cup	Packed brown sugar
	AB c Cornstarch
2 tsp	Baking powder
	AB t Salt
	AB t Cinnamon
1/4 tsp	Ground ginger
1/8 tsp	Nutmeg
2 x	Egg whites
2/3 cup	Skim milk
	AB c Dark Karo corn syrup

Instructions:

Instructions: Spray 9 in cake pan with Pam. in large bowl, combine flour, brown sugar,,cornstarch, baking powder, slat , and spices. In medium bowl, whisk egg whites, milk, syrup and vanilla.
