Instructions: In a medium bowl, beat egg substitute, flour, water, milk, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and sugar until well blended. Allow batter to rest for 5 to 30 minutes. Meanwhile, place 4 custard cups on a cookie sheet and heat in a 375 degree oven.
When cups are hot pour in batter, filling each cup 2/3 full. Bake for 30 minutes. Make a slit in the side of each popover with a knife and return to a 350 degree oven for 5 to 10 minutes. Serve immediately. This recipe yields 12 popovers. Email this Recipe:
