Instructions: Mix crust ingredients and spread into a 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 300 for 20 minutes. Cool.
Mix well cream cheese, confectioners sugar and half of the Cool Whip. Spread on top of crust. Prepare instant chocolate pudding. Spread on top of cream cheese mixture. Spread remaining Cool Whip on top of pudding mix. Refrigerate. NOTES : Email this Recipe:
