Ingredients:

Amount	Ingredient
1/2 tsp	Yeast
2 cup	Bread Flour
1 tbl	Sugar
1/8 tsp	Baking Soda
1/2 cup	Sour Cream (non-fat OK)
1 tbl	Vinegar

Instructions:

Instructions: All ingredients should be at room temperature before starting.

Add the ingredients to the pan in the order listed.

Select "White Bread".

Press "Start".

NOTES : I have a very good "faux" sourdough recipe that my family loves. It uses sour cream (can be non-fat) and vinegar (instead of yogurt and lemon juice). Think you might like to try it.
