Instructions: Cream the cheese with the lemon juice. Add the garlic, the shallots and the herbs. Pack into a crock and chill until ready to serve. Or, mold as follows: line an empty 8-oz margarine tub with plastic wrap, pack in the cheese and chill. When ready to serve, remove from tub, peel off wrap and garnish on a plate. Serving Ideas
