Instructions: Place shredded potatoes between paper towels, and squeeze until barely moist; combine with next 7 ingredients. Shape into 8 patties. Coat grill rack with cooking spray; place on grill over medium-hot coals. Place patties on rack, and cook 8 minutes on each side or until done.
