Amount	Ingredient
1/2 lb	lean ground beef
1/2 lb	ground sausage
1/2 pkt	seasoned bread crumbs
2 x	eggs
2 tbl	milk
1/4 cup	ketchup
1 x	finely chopped onion
1/2 x	finely chopped green pepper
1 clv	garlic, pressed and finely chopped
2 tbl	steak sauce
2 tbl	Worcestershire sauce
2 cup	grated cheddar cheese

Instructions:

Instructions: Mix everything together (except the bacon) until uniformly blended. Shape into a loaf and place in a large loaf pan or baking dish. Lay the bacon side by side lengthwise on top of the meatloaf. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350F for 1 hour. Then uncover and bake an additional half hour.
