1 cup Mayonnaise
1 cup Flour
1/4 tsp Salt
4 tbl Cocoa
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 tsp Baking soda, dissolved in
1 tbl Water, warm
----------------- FILLING ----------------
1 lb Powdered sugar
1/2 cup Butter
4 tsp Vanilla
1 cup Crisco
Instructions:
Instructions: Drop cake mixture by Tablespoons on cookie sheet and bake 8-10 minutes at 350 . After the cakes have cooled, fill with the creme mixture between 2 of the cookies.
