32 oz	canned red kidney beans drained
29 oz	canned tomatoes
2 lb	coarsely ground chuck browned and drained
2 med	onion coarsely chopped
1 med	green pepper coarsely chopped
2 x	cloves garlic crushed
2 tbl	chili powder (2 to 3 tablespoons)
1 tsp	pepper
1 tsp	cumin

Instructions:

Instructions: Put all ingredients in cooker 3-1/2 to 4 quart) in order listed. Stir once. Cover and cook on LOW 10-12 hours (HIGH) 5-6 hours.

If you want to make in the 4-1/2 quart size and you may if desired may increase by 1/2, so instead of 2 pounds beef, make it 3 pounds etc. etc
