Instructions: Beat dry yeast, sugar, and warm milk together and let stand 20 minutes. Add sugar, egg yolks, butter, milk and flour. Mix well, dump out on floured surface. Knead in enough flour to make a soft dough. Put in greased bowl and let raise twice, punching down each time. When the dough has raised the 3rd time any shape of rolls can be made. Let rolls raise them bake at 400 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes until golden. Brush with melted butter. Let cool and enjoy! If you can wait that long!!
