Instructions: Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour bread pan, 12 cup fluted tube or 10 inch tube pan. Combine eggs and water. Add remaining ingredients. Stir by hand until combined. Bake at 350 degrees for 75 to 85 minutes depending on the pan size. Can use 1 pkg cranberry quick bread mix for 1 pkg date bread mix.
