Instructions: Heat oven to 350 degrees. Shape cookie dougn into 1" balls. Enclose one surprise center making sure center is covered with dough. Place 2" apart on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 14-16 minutes. Cool 10 min. Roll in icing sugar.

Makes 36 cookies.

Candy coated milk chocolate pieces or peanuts; candied cherries; walnut or pecan halves; whole almonds; Pitted Date piece; raisins; miniature gumdrops; mint or rum flavored chocolate wafers; buttermints.
