Instructions: In a large pan, over medium-high heat, saute shallots in oil 4 minutes or until soft. Add tomatoes and 1 Tblspn. Basil; simmer 5 minutes. Add cream; boil 2 to 3 minutes to thicken. Add shrimp and cayenne. Lower heat to medium-low, toss ingredients, pasta and julienned basil.
Can easily double or triple recipe. Very easy recipe for a quick nutritious meal.
