Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1/4 cup sliced Shallots
2 tbl Olive Oil
1 can diced Tomatoes in garlic & spices (14 oz)
1 tbl chopped fresh Basil
1/3 cup heavy Cream (or fat-free Creamer)
1/2 lb cooked Shrimp or Lobster can also use Chicken
1/8 tsp Cayenne Pepper
8 oz Linguine cooked and hot
Instructions:
Instructions: In a large pan, over medium-high heat, saute shallots in oil 4 minutes or until soft. Add tomatoes and 1 Tblspn. Basil; simmer 5 minutes. Add cream; boil 2 to 3 minutes to thicken. Add shrimp and cayenne. Lower heat to medium-low, toss ingredients, pasta and julienned basil.

Can easily double or triple recipe. Very easy recipe for a quick nutritious meal.
