Instructions: Cut pineapple in half lengthwise through fruit and leaves. Carve out pineapple meat and dice into 1-inch cubes. Mix together pineapple, banana, orange sections, grapes, sugar, lemon juice and rum. Mound fruit in the pineapple shells. Serve the remaining fruit in a bowl for seconds. Place cream and confectioners sugar in a bowl and beat with a rotary mixer until mixture holds its shape. Garnish fruit shells with cream and top with maraschino cherries.
