Instructions: Dissolve Jell-o and sugar in boiling water. Add in 4 cups cold water and cool. Add lemon juice, pineapple juice and almond extract. Mix all ingredients together and freeze in large container. Take out of freezer about 3 hours before serving. Chop to make slush. Add 2 or more bottles ginger ale. This is wonderful for parties or showers.
